We're continuing to expand our provider network. Texas-licensed clinicians can apply to join, and approved providers will appear here.
Apply as a providerHow providers are verified
- Every applicant submits license type, license number, and Texas license status.
- Credentials, specialty, and scope of practice are reviewed before a profile is published.
- Applications carry a status of pending, approved, or rejected — only approved providers appear in the marketplace.
- Providers practice independently; CareBridge TX does not direct their care.
Privacy and security
- Account access is role-based: patients, providers, and administrators.
- Visit details are shared only with the provider you choose to book.
- We collect the minimum information needed to operate the marketplace, and we never sell personal health information.
- Payments, video visits, and clinical records will be handled by dedicated, purpose-built services as those features launch.

CareBridge TX is a technology marketplace only. We do not provide medical care, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions. Independent Texas-licensed providers are solely responsible for clinical decisions and patient care.
